Rebecca Rich is an artist and creative director. Since earning her degree in Fine Art from Occidental College, and an MFA from Claremont, she has continued to apply a fine art framework and conceptual art practice to her work in design, including fashion, home, retail and landscape design. Rebecca worked in fashion for more than 20 years as Creative Director for some of the top brands in Los Angeles and launched brands for companies such as Velvet, Solow and n:Philanthropy. In addition she has done work for top retail stores as well as done campaigns for other fashion companies.
Rebecca designed six flagship stores for The Real Real and also curated art and ceramics for those stores. She directed a short ad for Planned Parenthood to keep the doors open when federal funding was cut. She also does home and garden design, concepting and color consultations.
Rebecca creates an overall vision, including, collection design, marketing and advertising strategies, retail environments, runway presentations and a clear message that can be communicated across all platforms. Her track record demonstrates her ability to translate and communicate a world she creates into a successful brand. She is recognized for her expertise with trends, color, concept, and direction.
